Lodging a Grievance

 

Regen Organics welcomes external stakeholders to come forward with their concerns, as your feedback and insights are invaluable in helping us address problems and improve our practices.  Any stakeholders who consider themselves adversely affected by Regen Organics’ activities are encouraged to access our external grievance redress mechanism using the communication style that best fits their needs, including as follows:

 

  • Filling out the form below
  • Emailing  a detailed description of the Grievance to grievance@regenorganics.co
  • Sending a letter to Regen Organics, Sameer Africa, Entreprise Road, Nairobi, Kenya Attn: Grievance Officer
  • Visiting our office at Sameer Africa, Entreprise Road, Nairobi during office hours to place a description of the Grievance in our Suggestion Box
  • Calling the Grievance Manager on : +254 719 686 997
  • Contacting our Ombud: camilla.froehlich@hoganlovells.com

 

All Grievances will be acknowledged within 5 business days of receipt (unless the Grievance is received anonymously). It will be recorded in the Grievance Register and assessed by the Grievance Officer, who will provide a response within 30 days.
